Shipping policy
All orders are shipped with country-to-country tracking.
Please note that you will be responsible for custom duties, sales tax or VAT as required in the receiving country.
Delivery lead time
To Singapore: 2 - 3 working days
Rest of the World:
- SingPost International Registered: 1 - 4 weeks
- DHL Express: 2 - 4 working days
Free Standard Tracking
We provide free standard tracking to over 20 countries for orders above USD 35.
Do note that for most countries, this is country-to-country tracking only - i.e. up until it reaches your country. Thereafter, it will take about 2 - 3 weeks for the parcel to reach your parcel. Please buffer for another 1 - 2 weeks during the holiday season (October - January).
Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost parcels as it depends on the courier for the last mile delivery within your country.
For most countries, tracking is available only until the parcel reaches your country. Once tracking shows it has arrived in the recepient's country, we will not be responsible for any lost mail and no refunds will be provided for lost deliveries.
If you would like a replacement piece sent, we must first receive the returned parcel, and an additional shipping fee of 15 SGD will apply.
Please opt for doorstep delivery for a peace of mind if you prefer doorstep tracking.
